Pulmonary Function Testing (PFT)

Bronchoscopy

Outpatient examination of the lungs and airways for the diagnosis of respiratory conditions such as pulmonary nodules, persistent cough and unexplained shortness of breath. Performed with gentle sedation, this test is performed by our physician in the endoscopy suites of Cape Coral Hospital and Gulf Coast Medical Center.

Pulmonary Stress Testing

Our Fort Myers lung doctor and specialist run a comprehensive evaluation of your how well your
lungs work during exercise.

Sleep Medicine

A complete evaluation of sleep disorders including sleep apnea, fatigue, insomnia, restless legs and snoring.

Sleep Solution

A complete physician-directed evaluation and treatment of your sleep disorders.  Our sleep services include a wide array of tests to identify the source of your sleep difficulties.  Our Cape Coral, FL pulmonologist facility is certified by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine with a Board-Certified sleep physician.

Polysomnography (PSG)

Fully attended overnight sleep testing for the evaluation of fatigue, snoring, and disrupted sleep. PSG is the standard test used in the diagnosis of sleep apnea and may be performed in a single- or two-night setting.

Multiple Sleep
Latency Test (MSLT)

A daytime nap test for the evaluation of excess daytime sleepiness. This test is most often used for the evaluation and treatment of narcolepsy and idiopathic hypersomnia.

Maintenance of Wakefulness (MWT)

Also a daytime test, MWT is performed to assess ability to remain awake and is useful for assessment of ability to sustain wakefulness.

Positive Airway Pressure (PAP) Nap

Daytime testing for selected patients to enhance comfort and compliance in the use of CPAP (treatment for sleep apnea).

CPAP
MASK FIT

A daytime opportunity to meet with our sleep technician specialists for CPAP mask adjustments and fine tuning of CPAP therapy.
